SMS terms
Optional text messages about ride requests, bookings, and payment follow-up.
Consent is optional.
When you check the SMS box, you authorize me to send transactional texts about your request and any resulting ride. You do not need to consent to texts to request or purchase service; you can use email instead.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with the request and ride. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to stop texts to that phone number. Reply HELP for help. I honor an SMS opt-out for future texts even if the phone number later appears on another customer record; I can continue by email.
