What you agree to when you send a ride request.
A request starts a review.
Sending a request does not reserve my time or the Yukon, and it does not confirm a ride. I review the route, requested time, passenger count, and service needs before I decide whether to send a quote.
You decide after the quote.
My quote states the proposed pickup time, fare, and policies for your trip. You confirm the ride only after you accept the quote, save a payment method through the payment provider, and I recheck my schedule.
Give complete, accurate trip details.
Give me working contact information and your passenger count, luggage, child-seat, accessibility, pet, airport, and pickup needs. Tell me if a material detail changes so I can plan your trip safely.
Payment comes later.
I do not ask for a card with the initial form. If I send a quote, the secure acceptance page explains the card authorization, cancellation, no-show, waiting-time, and permitted pass-through terms before you accept.
